Data used to create reports

Clear Time Reports reads Jira worklogs and related Jira fields only through the permissions of the current Jira user, to generate the requested report. Generated report rows and CSV exports are not retained after delivery.

Saved configurations

When a user saves a report configuration, the app stores it in Forge hosted storage under the user's Atlassian account identifier. A configuration can contain its name, selected Jira scope and filters, grouping choices, and date settings. It is used only to let that user reopen, rename, clone, or delete their own configuration.

Sharing and disclosure

The app does not sell personal data or use it for advertising. It does not transmit saved configurations to an external analytics, advertising, or remote-rendering service. Atlassian and Forge may process data as required to operate the platform.

Questions or deletion

Users can delete saved configurations from the app. For privacy questions, contact support@alexanderlandaverde.com.
