Peppi Privacy Policy

Your records stay on your iPhone
Peppi is a personal journal for prescribed peptide medication. It stores the records you enter locally in the app on your iPhone: medication names, dose amounts and units, dates, times and time zones, injection sites, notes, journal entries about how you feel, reminder schedules and recent recovery points. Peppi has no account, no sign-in and no app-operated server or sync service. Your records are never sent to us or to Superwall.
Onboarding answers
Answers you give during onboarding, such as what you want to track or how often your routine is, are saved on your iPhone to personalize the setup summary. They are not sent anywhere.
Exports, backups and device backups
When you choose to, Peppi creates a PDF or CSV of a date range, or a full-history backup file, and you pick where to save it. These files contain your health information, and backup files are not encrypted, so save them somewhere private. The destination you choose handles the file under its own terms. Your Apple device backup may include Peppi's app data according to your device settings.
Onboarding and subscription measurement
Peppi uses Superwall (SuperwallKit 4.16.3) to measure its onboarding and subscription screens. Peppi sends fixed event names only: which onboarding page was shown, when onboarding started or finished, when the subscription screen was shown, whether a purchase or restore started, finished, was cancelled or failed, and whether you allowed the trial reminder notification. Peppi also shares your subscription status with Superwall. These events have no custom parameters and never include your medications, doses, injection sites, notes, journal entries, reminders or onboarding answers.
Information processed by Superwall
Superwall's SDK may process app-installation and device identifiers, device model and configuration, app, OS and SDK versions, language, locale and time zone, session timing, subscription status and paywall and purchase activity, and approximate location inferred from your network IP address. Fixed events are not a promise of anonymous processing. Apple Search Ads and mobile-measurement-partner attribution are turned off for Peppi, and Peppi does not use advertising tracking. Superwall's retention terms for Peppi have not been independently confirmed. See Superwall's privacy policy for its practices.
Apple subscriptions
Peppi is available with a weekly, monthly or annual subscription; the annual plan can include a free trial when Apple reports that you are eligible. Apple processes payments, trials and restores through the App Store and StoreKit, and Peppi reads verified transaction information on your iPhone to decide access. Without an active subscription Peppi's records are not available in the app, but they are not deleted: they stay on your iPhone and reopen when you subscribe again or restore a purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
Reminders
Medication reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone for times you choose; their text does not include medication names or amounts, and a reminder never records a dose. If you allow notifications during onboarding and start a free trial, Peppi schedules one local reminder the day before the trial ends, based on Apple's verified trial end date. Allowing notifications does not start a trial, and a reminder does not cancel renewal.
Not medical advice
Peppi is for personal record keeping. It does not recommend doses, diagnose conditions or connect symptoms to a medication. Follow your healthcare professional's instructions.
Your choices and support
You can edit or delete records, restore recent recovery points, export your history and delete the app. Deleting a record keeps it in recent recovery points, and uninstalling removes app storage subject to your Apple backup settings. If you contact support, we receive only what you choose to send and use it to respond; please do not send your records, exports or payment details. Policy changes
This policy describes Peppi's launch configuration. We update it when features or data practices change. Effective October 13, 2026.
