Start and return to a task
Add a task, choose your focus and break lengths, and start one interval. After finishing, leave an optional next step. Find it again in the task recap or session history. Breaks never start automatically.
Timing and corrections
Paused time and breaks do not add focus time. If elapsed time cannot be recovered reliably, the record is marked as needing review rather than treated as zero. In History, open a session and use Edit to correct it; original timing and revision history remain, and the latest correction can be undone.
Review and export
Use History filters to select a task or date range. Weekly Review and CSV export are Pro features when subscriptions are available. Exports include your selected records and context, so choose a destination carefully.
Subscriptions and trial reminders
Use Restore purchases on the subscription screen if Apple completed your purchase but access is missing. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Enabling notifications does not start a trial. A trial reminder requires an eligible verified trial and notification permission; delivery is not guaranteed.
Optional measurement
Settings lets you choose whether to share screen and offer activity. Sessionleaf does not send the task names, notes or answers you enter through its fixed measurement events.
