Stud Finder: Magnetic Scan

Stud Finder senses magnetic changes that may indicate screws, nails, pipes, or other metal behind a surface. For help with scanning, markers, or subscriptions, email support@alexanderlandaverde.com.

Use it as one clue—not a drilling clearance tool. It cannot see wood studs, wiring, or water lines, and it cannot prove a safe drilling location. Verify with appropriate tools and avoid drilling when uncertain.

Include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Detection needs a device with a magnetometer, and calibration asks you to hold the phone in open air away from metal before scanning.

Stud Finder works entirely on-device and has no account or cloud synchronization. You can manage App Store subscriptions from your Apple Account subscription settings.
