Jira Migration Checklist privacy statement
Data used for an inspection
When a user requests an inspection, Jira Migration Checklist reads the entered destination issue's compatible checklist state through the permissions of the current Jira user. It uses that information only to calculate and display the requested result.
Storage and retention
The app does not persist issue keys, checklist item text, people, account identifiers, cloud identifiers, installation identifiers, customer identifiers, filenames, or other Jira content in its instrumentation. Inspection content remains within the current Forge request and visible result.
Aggregate instrumentation
Forge hosted storage may retain only allowlisted aggregate event names and coarse result, item-count, and latency buckets. These aggregates are used to understand whether the app operates reliably; they are not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Your choices and contact
Jira administrators can remove the app through Atlassian. For privacy questions, contact support@alexanderlandaverde.com.
