Use Worklog Ledger
Review a period
Open Worklog Ledger from Jira Apps. Choose the first and last billing dates, an IANA timezone, issue or author grouping, and a Jira JQL selection. Save a named configuration if you will reuse it. Select Review period.
Check the evidence
Review exact seconds and retrieval exceptions. Balanced totals show arithmetic consistency; completeness covers the current authorized selection and does not assert access to the entire Jira site.
Capture and compare
Select Save billing capture. In Captures, reopen a saved period. Compare two captures of the same selection, dates and timezone to identify additions, changed seconds, attribution changes and unresolved differences. Keep the original Jira data available for current permission checks.
Download
Select Export package to download worklogs.csv and reconciliation.json in a ZIP file. Compare exports include change evidence and unavailable-record exceptions. The report preview expires after 15 minutes; rerun the report when it expires.
Privacy and access
Historical rows are checked against current Jira permissions before viewing or exporting. Inaccessible worklogs and their old amounts are withheld. Captures remain private to their creator. You can delete your own captures and configurations after license cancellation.
Administrator notices
Customer-specific notices appear to currently authorized Jira administrators on the affected site. Acknowledge a notice to record that you have viewed it. Notices remain accessible when reporting access is inactive. General privacy and supplier information is linked separately.
Tempo
Tempo connections are disabled in the launch release. Native Jira reporting requires no third-party token.
