Worklog Ledger customer terms

Provider-specific terms, approved October 5, 2026. These terms apply to Worklog Ledger for Jira subscriptions purchased through Atlassian Marketplace.

Customer agreement

The Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, version 1.0 is incorporated by reference. Read that agreement together with these provider-specific details and your Marketplace order.

Provider, customer and order

The provider is Alexander Landaverde. The customer is the purchaser identified in the applicable Marketplace order. The application is Worklog Ledger for Jira. Subscription quantity, price, billing period and subscription term are specified in that order. The agreement takes effect for your subscription when you enter into the applicable order.

Contact support@alexanderlandaverde.com for support and agreement notices. See the linked documentation, support page and privacy statement for the application’s operation and data practices. No additional uptime service-level agreement or fixed support-response guarantee is offered.

Data processing

A customer-specific DPA based on Bonterms v2.0 is prepared for execution. Review the data processing information and contact the provider to complete the parties, order and applicable transfer details before relying on that agreement. A public information page is not an executed customer DPA.

Billing review

The application supports review of authorized Jira worklogs, billing-period captures, comparisons and exports. Customers remain responsible for their billing decisions and for handling downloaded records under their organization’s policies.
